Day wise Tour Itinerary

Day 01

Your holiday would begin with arrival in Vienna - the capital and largest city of Austria as well as a melting pot of culture, architecture, history and beauty. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Eastern Europe. You would be greeted by a ADM Holidays Tour Manager at the airport, proceed for Indian dinner and then check in to hotel.

Day 02

After a continental breakfast, visit the famous Schönbrunn Palace - a 1,441 room Baroque palace that is one of the most important architectural structures in the city and a visual treat. During the Guided city tour, you would see prominent places of interest such as: the City Hall, Hofburg Palace - which was the residence and the seat of power for the Habsburg Empire, Ring Boulevard - where the most important imperial and historic buildings stand tall and St. Stephens Cathedral - the 12th century structure is the mother church of the Archdiocese of Vienna and the seat of the Archbishop of Vienna. Later drive to Budapest. After Indian dinner check into hotel.

Day 03

Today, after a continental breakfast, you would set out for a guided city tour of Budapest. See the most famous sights like Buda Castle, St Mathias Church, Fisherman's Bastion and much more. After some free time in the city centre, you would proceed for the famous Danube River Cruise - the second longest river in Europe which is also referred to as ‘The Queen of European Rivers’. There is really no better way to explore Budapest in its full glory, than from the deck of this wonderful river cruise on the majestic Danube. Later in the evening, you would be taken for an Indian dinner and then return to the hotel. For those who wish to spend the night dancing and clubbing until dawn, or who yearn for cultural entertainment, could head out to experience the nightlife in Budapest

Day 04

Today, after a continental breakfast, get set to visit Szentendre - a small baroque city built on medieval ruins, located at the gate of the Danube Bend. The town is considered to be the Artist's Village or the Painters' Town. Walk around the historical center and take a look at the cobblestoned narrow streets, baroque houses, and churches. You will also have some free time to buy some typical Hungarian souvenirs. Later return back to Budapest and you have the late afternoon free to relax, do some shopping or visit one of the famous thermal baths. Tonight enjoy an Indian Dinner.

Day 05

Enjoy a continental breakfast at the hotel, drive to the capital of Slovakia. Bratislava is set along the Danube River and shares border with both Austria and Hungary. Surrounded by vineyards and the Little Carpathian Mountains, crisscrossed with forested hiking and cycling trails, gives Bratislava its strongest flavouring. Upon arrival, you would proceed for an orientation excursion of this scenic city. The sightseeing would include places such as: Bratislava Castle - the landmark overlooking the capital built in the 9th century, Franciscan Square - dotted by shady plane trees and lined with pastel-colored Baroque townhouses, the main square, Michalska Street, Michael’s Gate - the only city gate that has been preserved of the medieval fortifications and ranks among the oldest town buildings, Old Town and Venturska Street. Later drive to Prague and after an Indian Dinner check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Prague.

Day 06

After a continental breakfast at the hotel, head out for a walking Guided City Tour of Prague. Start off with a visit to the famous Prague Castle - a historic monument built in the 9th century and the largest medieval castle in the world. It is now the official residence of the President of the Czech Republic. The sightseeing would include views such as: Mala Strana, Charles Bridge - a famous historic bridge that crosses the Vltava River, Astronomical Clock – the oldest astronomical clock which has been surprising people with its procession of Apostles, moving statues and visualization of time for 600 years, Old Town Square and Jewish Quarters. You would then have some free time in the centre to explore and enjoy Prague on your own. In the afternoon, get set for an exciting adventure, Experience Rifle Shooting and a Tank Ride, which is ideal for hardcore military fans and their families. After an exciting day, relish a scrumptious Indian Dinner and then return for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Prague.

Day 07

After a continental breakfast, you would head to Cesky Krumlov - Unesco World Heritage Site with a stunning castle above the Vltava River, an old town square, Renaissance and baroque architecture, and hordes of tourists milling through the streets – but all on a smaller scale; you can walk from one side of town to the other in 20 minutes. There are plenty of lively bars and riverside picnic spots – in summer it’s a popular hang-out for backpackers and tourists alike. Later proceed towards Linz, for Indian Dinner, which would mark the end of this thrilling day and later settle in for a comfortable Overnight stay at the hotel in Piding/Linz or a similar area.

Day 08

After a continental breakfast, check out and head to Austria. You would set out on a scenic drive to Salzburg, an UNESCO World Heritage-listed city and the birthplace of one of the greatest composers of the classical era - Wolfgang Mozart. Upon reaching Salzburg you would embark on a Guided City Tour to visit some of the most popular sites in the city, Mirabell Gardens - a listed, cultural heritage monument, the birthplace of Mozart & Residenz Square. Later drive to Vienna airport for your flight back home. Return home with wonderful memories of your holiday with ADM Holidays!!!!
